Kerry is an old school tradesman. He's been working on roofs since he was a teenager, learning the trade properly, the hard way, from people who took real pride in it. That foundation never left. The only thing that's changed in over 30 years is the materials, the methods and the technology, and he keeps up with all of it because he genuinely loves the craft.
Natasha came from a different world entirely. She spent years in the corporate world working closely with executive boards, watching and learning how well-run businesses actually operate.
